Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

What is Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)?

KAP is a legal, specialized mental health treatment combining low-dose ketamine with psychotherapy to treat conditions and symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, chronic illness, end-of-life, and obsessive-compulsive thoughts and behaviors. It uses the medicine's dissociative effects to increase therapeutic engagement and cognitive flexibility, helping patients process trauma in a safe, controlled setting. Participants report gaining a wider perspective on challenging life experiences and the ability to reprocess them in a more compassionate and productive manner.

Many have reported experiencing transformative breakthroughs and catharsis through this deep, introspective therapy.

Healing Through Connection: To Self, to Nature, to Community

Individual KAP Immersion Protocol (Initial Series: 4-6 KAP sessions)

Held in a peaceful, residential yurt setting, we hold a steady container for a deep immersion into your medicine journey, accompanying and monitoring you, while offering a variety of integration practices (including breathwork, drum journeys, integrated energy practices, yoga, movement integration, song, ritual, connection to nature,  journaling, and 1:1 processing). This 1:1 individual therapy is open to those looking to give greater breadth and depth to their personal work with expanded states of awareness.

In our initial KAP Immersion protocol, we meet remotely for 3 preparation sessions that are required for a medical and psychological evaluation, to discuss set and setting, and to allow for intention-setting. Your guided 3-hour KAP session uses psycholytic and/or psychedelic doses (sublingual, intranasal, or subcutaneous) to deepen your personal work through integration therapy.

Remote integration sessions post-KAP medicine journey range from 6-10 sessions and run alongside the initial 4-6 session series of ketamine treatments to optimize the medicine's effects and solidify insights while the brain's neuroplasticity is still heightened.

Facilitated by Debra Droggitis-Sherk, PhD, LMFT with Medical Provider providing ketamine prescription.

  • Investment: $225 per preparation session (offered remotely)
  • $700 per 3-hour KAP medicine session (offered in-person)
  • $225 per integration session (offered remotely)
  • Prescription ketamine and medical evaluation cost is separate and paid to medical provider.
